Beautiful night with a beautiful girl in the temple. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Courtney does baptisms each week and has become close with a member of the temple presidency, Pres. Bean. He has been a mentor to her. She says, "He always says the thing I need to hear." So it was especially sweet that he was there and we could meet him. He also came to the Celestial room after. Courtney had a few questions, that we didn't know the answers to. So she asked Pres. Bean and he shared some beautiful insight. It was a neat experience. I'm excited to go back with Courtney on Saturday, now that she knows what to expect. The second time is a little easier since everything isn't new.
Fun fact: We were the last session of the day and they showed the OLD movie (which is shorter). Dan was speculating why and I said, probably because its shorter and they can leave sooner. He asked Pres. Bean. And guess what, I was right! It's 10 minutes shorter so they can be done earlier. Even in the temple, it's good to be practical.
