Pool day to work on my goal... of getting a tan.
So happy with my view of these beautiful hydrangeas.
They haven't bloomed in years and then this year
they've absolutely exploded.
I looked for a playlist while making dinner--something new, maybe some new popular songs.
Had a very educational music experience and probably should have looked for clean versions.
Tonight's dinner was a new salad:
cabbage, cucumber, lettuce with Green Goddess Dressing
1 handful of baby spinach
1 packed cup fresh basil
1 medium avocado
1/2 jalapeno
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup cashews
1 T nutritional yeast
juice of 1 lemon
1 T maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Ate outside again. On the real plates. Because, Europe.
