Life is Great at 88!

Gram's birthday theme is:
Life is Great at 88!

The celebration kicked off with family photos--not an easy feat to organize 43 people--
especially when the photographer really wanted all the men on the back row and the ladies in front of them, not taking into account we have two ladies at 6 feet tall and one of the men in our group is 5'5".
But he was very particular about making sure he could see every body's faces,
so I think it will be a fantastic photo.

We took individual family photos too, and one funny thing is he had us all standing in a line except for Nick, solo squatting in front.

We managed to get a couple of him standing with the rest of us after doing what the photographer wanted. Also Michael was missing, so it's not going to become a family heirloom pic.

Oh, the never ending challenge of family photos.

We had a big Italian buffet dinner and dancing afterward with a DJ.
EC told a short story and Courtney gifted her a scrapbook she'd made with
notes and photos from all of her children and grandchildren.

Everyone was on the dance floor at one time or another, some of us more than others.
Best couples dancers goes to Molly & Ryan and Ian & Lauren.
Amy also has some great moves.
We were all on the dance floor for line dancing and a conga line.
I never want to forget Erin and Jacob head banging!
