I spent thirty minutes outside on a beautiful morning eating an Acai bowl and
doing my games. Excited for the endorphins and excellent night's sleep that supposedly comes from it.
But seriously, if we're not going to have snow in January,
I'm fully embracing the sunshine by heading outside and biking.
When I put in my headphones, Trans-Siberian Orchestra Christmas music
(do they only play Christmas music?)
started up, and let me tell you, I was there for it.
It was probably the endorphins, because between the sun and the ride
accompanied by the heavy metal Christmas rock, I was feeling awesome!
