Dragged myself out of bed just before 10:00 a.m. New York time.
Glad to have a day to chill and adjust to EST before my conference starts tomorrow.
Walked around the reservoir then down to the Conservatory Garden to see if any of the renovations had been complete. They haven't. Looked up the schedule when I got home and discovered the North Garden is scheduled to be finished 2024 and the center garden in 2025.
But the south garden is stunning!
Dan was being interviewed for a podcast this afternoon by a
big investment firm that helps raise capital for Cottonwood.
He got to talk about the state of the real estate markets.
And even went to make-up and hair because the podcast was being videoed!
He looks pretty good with a little foundation!
We ate dinner at Kasbah, a local Jewish steakhouse, which was really good but pretty pricey.
We wondered if we paid a premium for kosher.
But it was so fun to walk to a new restaurant in the neighborhood with the locals!
