Generations

This is a picture of my grandma, Wanda Jensen Adair, (second from right)

and her mother (far left) and sisters, Oneta, Ila and Vera.

I love my grandma's happy smile. 

But it struck me as tragic that one day my grandkids will look at a photo of 

me and my sisters and they won't feel anything about them--

because they won't know anything about them except their names.
