Superbowl

I've been saving a bunch of recipes on Instagram in anticipation of the Superbowl.
Dan had been thinking of food he wanted to make too.
And then we laughed because we recognized it might just be the two of us.

However, when we told the boys we were making food,
they happily invited friends and we ended up with a party!
(Chris' friends now include a wife and a girlfriend. Wow, they're growing up.)

Everything we made was a huge hit with adults and young adults as well!
And they were healthy too.

Here's the food lineup:
Baked wings
Hawaiian roll sandwiches with tri-tip.
Sweet potato chili nachos -- sooo good! Recipe here.
(I never knew you could eat sweet potato skin!)
Protein artichoke/spinach dip (the recipe we used was very simple, but not creamy.)
3 C Greek yogurt, 1 jar chopped artichoke hearts, 1 bag frozen spinach, 2 c parmesan cheese
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.)
Here's another recipe that I'll try next time that adds cottage cheese: Recipe here.
Baked bacon wrapped pickles. YUM!
(I was shocked how many people were excited about these.)
Instagram: ketosnackz
Day before: Add 1 packet of ranch dip mix to jar of pickles (with juice)
wrap each pickle with bacon
bake *425 for 20 minutes or until bacon is done.

We had a good mix of Chiefs and 49'r fans.
(How do you abbreviate that?!)

We were cheering for the Chiefs.
All agreed the commercials weren't amazing this year.

Did you catch the Travis Kelce beef with his coach, Andy Reid?

Fun party! Love our kids' friends!

Lots of compliments on my Valentine's Day outfit at church today.
