Bell Canyon Trail to Lower Falls hike today. (5.6 miles, 1650 elevation)
A year ago last summer Dan and I hiked this trail and the last quarter mile, maybe half mile,
was super steep and challenging and we had to stop A Lot. Today it was steep, and we caught our breath from time to time, but overall wasn't bad at all.
And that's the difference between hiking regularly and not.
