Box Canyon and Fishing

I love this time of year when the fog sits in the valley on early mornings.

I was up before everyone else and had quiet time to read my scriptures and write in my journal
outside on the back porch. So heavenly. (In so many ways.)

We walked through Box Canyon and when it started to rain, left the boys behind to fish,
in spite of the rain.

The rain cleared up pretty quickly,
so the boys had lots of time to fish and had lots of success.
Browns and rainbow.

Greta turned one in June and loves Kershaw.
We were lazy and didn't make a fire, even though the weather was clear.
But we did go to the schoolhouse in search of elk, and found them far away, in the west.

We played Taboo, boys against girls. Dan did really well describing clues,
and I was totally in sync with Courtney's descriptions. So fun.
