Different Kind of Sunday

Simone made it to Nationals for Bouldering!
The meet was in Salt Lake this year and she made it to Finals
(top 10 out of 50),
so we got to cheer her on in person!

It was so fun watching these talented kids shimmy up the most complicated routes!
They are SO strong!
She had a huge cheering section -- Lots of Winger grandparents, aunts uncles and cousins,
as well as Adair aunts, uncles, cousins and grandma Diane.

We also had two farewells (four if you count how many kids gave their talks) back-to-back
with socials afterward.

Then Simone's meet and home to see Nick who has been at Lake Powell and a surprise
overnight guest, Orman, who had an extra early flight and didn't want to drive the extra hour from his sister's house. It was so good to catch up and a fun preview of next weekend when we'll be
with Andersons and Wickhams at Pagosa!

It was a very social Sunday and a nice alternative to the quiet kind I usually like.

How much do you love that my orchids rebloom in the laundry room?
