Peaceful Fast Sunday and so aware that I am lucky to be here, enjoying calm, comfort and my family, while the people of Ukraine are fleeing their homes, thrown into chaos and war. So many prayers for their suffering. As well as for the innocent people in Russia dragged into this conflict by an evil dictator.
