Stay-At-Home Sacrament

I love that stay-at-home Sacrament Meeting helps us realize and appreciate
how important taking the sacrament really is.

That our spirits need this quiet moment of reflection to commune with
God and our Savior to be spiritually nourished.

To remember the atonement. That it's for each of us.
That our Heavenly Father is aware of us.

By coming to Him and partaking of the bread and water,
we are opening ourselves to His spirit, healing and peace.

Breaking from the routine of the sacrament in our chapel
creates an opportunity of more awareness
which hopefully we'll remember when we're meeting back at church again.
