Williams and the Falls

We planned for breakfast at 9:00, but if you were up before then, you should help yourself to eggs, toast, avocado, smoothie, whatever. I like this way of hosting because you don't have to get up at the crack of dawn in a panic that someone might be hungry and make a big breakfast that only gets cold or goes to waste because everyone is in the mood for something else. Highly recommend.

Kathy, KT and I walked the loop for exercise.

A little R&R on the patio but we only read a page or two because
there it was more fun to talk.

We picnicked at Williams Reservoir for lunch.
The aspens are the most amazing yellow right now and the weather is perfect!

Then to the falls.

And back home where 16 elk were visiting the backyard.

Discovered we all love Rummikub and played at least six rounds a couple of different ways.

The Howells made dinner, and after being so cold last night, ate inside tonight
and skipped the campfire.

Sat by the inside fire instead which was just as cozy.
