Detroit to Amsterdam and made the most of a seven hour layover before flying to Stockholm.
Tagging along with Christensen’s and Howell’s,
and so excited to get to do a bucket list item —
see the tulips, and for our 30th anniversary, no less.
Had just enough time to take the train into the city,
walk through two streets and eat crepes at a small shop.
Lance said it was the best eclair he'd ever had.
I would love to come back and spend a few days riding bikes past the tulips each morning and
wandering the streets in the evening. And eating waffles. Oh, and I want to see a windmill!
Definitely coming back!
