Rain, Ice, Snow, Sun

Rain then ice then sun then rain then snow again.

Crazy weather for Nick's rugby game, and I was glad to be in long johns, boots, wool socks and a rain coat. With a waterproof blanket to sit on and puff blanket for my legs.

(Which reminds me, they're still in the back of my car! Oh no, the musty smell will be back!)

Nick got in for the last five minutes -- #18

And the weather was made easier when The Shaeffers showed up to cheer Nick on.

Turns out, his coach asked him to play in the JV game later that afternoon and he forgot to tell me! 

AND he made a TRI!!

I'm so sad I missed it, but so glad he got to play some more with an exciting win!
