Not only did Marty and Dan make it to Denver today, but Dan is already back home. They hit the road at 6:00 a.m. taking turns driving the UHaul and Marty’s car and drove all the way through only stopping for gas, sustained by audible and the snacks I packed.
Dan was in the car when they arrived in Denver and needed to meet a business partner to look at a property. An hour later he met Marty at his new apartment and Marty already had all the boxes unloaded and moved in!
Together they unloaded the rest of the furniture then rushed to return the moving truck before closing. Time for dinner and Dan jumped on a plane back home.
Lizzie goes out tomorrow after school and they’ll get unpacked and start getting settled this weekend! They’ll come back to Utah for one more week, then Marty starts his new job!
