Dan spoke on Sunday and I had the kids learn The Nativity Song with costumes, so both of us were relieved when church was over and we both felt great about how his talk and my singing time went.
I was able to pull together Mary, Joseph, 7 wise people, 10 shepherd, and 7 angel costumes with several star props to round out something for everyone to do for our Primary Nativity.
Everything went really smoothly and was really fun.
And then for the rest of the afternoon, evening and night, we puzzled in pajamas.
And built Legos, drank hot chocolate, watched A Christmas Story and listened to Amy Grant.
My Christmas dreams have all come true. (Just missing Marty & Lizzie!)
Crockpot turkey and Thanksgiving sides (because we'd only eaten a Thanksgiving meal once in New York and needed cranberry sauce and stuffing again.)
