Bienvenidos, Argentina!

We left Wednesday and arrived Thursday in Buenos Aires! And so excited to be traveling with the Wickhams! Our drivers, Fernando and his father, picked us up from one airport in BA and transferred us to another about an hour away so we could fly to Iguazu.

We stopped at a gas station on the way to get breakfast/lunch. Facturas (croissants) and yogurt were the perfect snack.

We arrived in Iguazu late afternoon and divided into three cars to get to our hotel inside the park. We were a little confused in our car when our driver asked for money for admission to the park. We said we weren't going until tomorrow. We didn't realize our hotel was within. It all worked out -- except Dan in the third car didn't have enough money for all of us and had to go back to an ATM to get more.

Meanwhile we checked into our hotel with beautiful views of Iguazu in the distance. We ate lunch on the patio and got caught up with the Wickhams. So fun!
Courtney and I surrounded by girls! So fun to travel with more females! (We've been in these clothes for over 24 hours!)

Everywhere there are warnings to keep patio doors shut and locked so the monkeys don't get in the rooms! Sure enough, a monkey went running by our patio in the evening! They were all over Kurt and Tiff's patios too!!
Look carefully to see the monkey running along the balcony bars!

We had a fun dinner at an asada for our first (of many!) night of steak and papas fritas. We even got to watch some people try the tango. We're looking forward to Iguazu tomorrow!
