Kicking off the Christmas season with our traditional December 1st dinner,
corn chowder with christmas salad ("fall salad" with pomegranates and pears instead of apples.)
Delivered half of our neighbor gifts (amaryllis) while waiting for Chris to get home,
then off to get our Christmas tree!
Chris wanted to ride in the front seat of the truck between me and Dan.
I mean, how could we resist that?
I brought out the hand bells to prepare for singing time on Sunday.
Nick and Chris are naturals.
To end the night and ring in the month of December, we watched Christmas Vacation.

Oh, and I also had a root canal today. :-(
