60 mile ride along Jordan River Trail from 4800 South in Murray to Thanksgiving Point in Lehi.
Mostly flat. Great ride day prep.
Bonked at 50 but made it home.
Only trouble was there was often too much signage...
arrows pointing in four different directions was a little confusing.
But you can't get too lost -- it's easy to turn around or catch up on the right path.
Listened to A LOT of podcasts.
Had a sharp turn onto a steep hill which stopped me short, the bike didn't downshift and felt like slow motion as I processed, "yep, I'm going over."
It's been a few years since I've fallen, so yea, feels fair.
Meanwhile, Nick and Noah worked to move his bed up to the loft and the couch downstairs.
Two boys who aren't afraid of pulling out the tools and getting to work.
Love that about them!
Ended the evening at the Bees game.
