It's Raining, It's Pouring

The rain has begun. We've been watching the forecast all week seeing that rain was predicted for Thursday and was going to continue for a week! The river is raging behind our house, and the irrigation ditch keeps overflowing.

Baseball was tentatively still happening, but lacrosse practice was for sure on. Nick made the gamble that baseball would be cancelled and went to lacrosse instead. He was right.

Dan and Nick and friends went to deliver the bikes today. It was torrentially raining all afternoon, and I stayed warm and cozy inside watching TV. A little vacation day. So nice!
