You know what you can do when you actually have TIME to do? Make calzones. I wish I had a picture of all eight that we made (with the new Kitchenaid mixer which actually didn't do a good job AT ALL of mixing the dough -- I think it wasn't a big enough batch). Last night we made eight calzones. It wasn't hard and they turned out delicious. But when you're too busy, it's too hard to try something new. And right now I'm not too busy. And I love it.
